Who can use TiedUp
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. TiedUp is designed for consensual adult relationship structures. It is not intended for use in coercive, abusive, or non-consensual contexts.
What TiedUp is
TiedUp is an accountability and rule-tracking tool. It does not provide relationship advice, legal services, or mental health support. The app gives you a place to organise commitments you have already agreed to with the people in your life.
Your content
You are responsible for the content you create in the app. You retain ownership of your data. You give us a limited licence to store and display it to you and any partners you choose to share it with.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: - Use the app to harass, coerce, or harm others. - Share another person's data without their consent. - Attempt to access another user's account or data. - Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee it. The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app announcement before they take effect.
