Plans, upgrades, and billing
What the free and pro plans include, and how to manage your subscription.
TiedUp offers a free plan with core features and a Pro plan with increased limits and additional capabilities.
Free plan
- Unlimited rules
- Daily logging and streak tracking
- Up to 2 active partner connections
- 30 days of analytics history
- Check-ins, community templates, and discreet mode
Pro plan
- Everything in the free plan
- More than 2 active partner connections
- Full analytics history (no lookback limit)
- Priority support
Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing → Open billing. This opens a secure Stripe-hosted billing portal where you can view your current plan, upgrade to Pro, or manage payment methods.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After expiry, your account reverts to the free plan — your data is not deleted.
We do not store payment card details on our servers. All billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Coupon codes
If you have a coupon or promotional code, you can apply it during checkout or in the billing portal.
