Controlling what partners can see
How to choose which rules are shared and manage partner access.
TiedUp gives you granular control over what a partner can and cannot see. Nothing is shared by default — you opt individual rules into a partnership.
Sharing a rule
When creating or editing a rule, you can link it to one of your active partnerships. Once linked, your partner can see the rule title, your log entries, and any notes you add.
What partners can see
- Rule title and description
- Log history: status, date, and notes
- Your current streak for that rule
- Your mood scores on linked entries
What partners cannot see
- Rules not linked to the shared partnership
- Private tags on shared rules
- Your analytics for unshared rules
- Your check-ins unless linked to the shared partnership
Partner-assigned rules
Your partner can create rules and assign them to you within the partnership. You can track these rules but cannot edit or delete them. You can archive them if they are no longer relevant.
You always control your own account. A partner can never see more than you have explicitly shared.
